There has been a crime committed. Somebody has served dry, bland, and tasteless Swiss cheese to poor Mr. Micah Patchin (if I am correct that’s his name). I believe that the cheese must have been sitting in the fridge for weeks or possibly something even worse… A good Swiss cheese, in my opinion, has a wonderfully unique taste, a moist, slightly bouncy flesh, and it leaves a little bit of grease coating your lips. Of course, in order to write this, I had to consume a slice the size of a deck of cards. If you are a beginner in the Swiss cheese world, I would highly suggest a Baby Swiss. Eating your Swiss cheese in a sandwich is a personal favorite of mine. Cheese tasting tips: keep cheese sealed tightly with as little air as possible and before testing, warm to room temperature but make sure cheese is wrapped tightly to avoid the cheese from drying. I of course realize that there is a possibility, however small, there might just be a couple of people who have taste buds that cannot appreciate Swiss cheese, through no fault of their own or the cheese’s.
