The first time I got off the plane in Switzerland I had a baby and was very tired and didn't speak any German, only French. I was so amazed at people trying to speak English and helping us . People were so nice. We went to our apartment and the sun was shining and I looked at the mountains in our little town and I thought— I am here to stay, furniture or not. All the floors were wood like ours at home, all the walls were white and it was great. I went to sleep and thought: this is home now.
