I was 16 years old, when I got an offer that I couldnt resist. A family who was living in Kilchberg invited me to Raleigh NC. They wanted me as a babysitter for their two small children. I was so happy!!! 6 weeks of USA, everything was paid. Airline ticket, spending money...

It was so much fun. The kids were really nice and I learned a lot of english. The first thing I learned and I learned it the hard way was. That America doesnt include sales taxes (Mehrwertsteuer).

Spend a week at the Wrightsville beach. Sun and Fun.

The kids went to sundayschool and their Sunday school teacher had  daughter around my age. So I got to meet her and we remained friends for the next 6 years.

I had to go back home and finish school. I hated it!!
