Winner receives a $20,000 cash prize and Final Cut Studio 2.0.1 software courtesy of Apple

SWISS Director GAEL METROZ won the BEST DOCUMENTARY for his film NOMAD'S LAND.

Filmmaker Gel Metroz follows the road writer Nicolas Bouvier traveled in 1953 through Yugoslavia, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka and in doing so finds his true inner meaning.

The director was not able to attend but  Producer FRANCINE LUSSER was at the festival
